A smooth arrival.
A strong start.
From your driveway to a busy commercial kitchen, plan the delivery that fits your space. Understand the service options, prepare for arrival, and know what to check before signing.
Plan your delivery.
Freight charges for large items depend on shipment weight and delivery distance. Contact Cardinal with your model, destination, and access requirements so our team can confirm the delivery details and final cost.
For online orders within Canada and the United States, any delivery estimate remains subject to confirmation. Alaska and Hawaii require an offline delivery quote.
Before your cooker arrives
Confirm the access route, unloading arrangements, and the people and equipment you will need. Delivery services differ in where they leave your shipment and whether they remove packaging.
Delivery to your home.
At the driveway.
The most economical residential freight option leaves the shipment at the first dry area, typically the street end of your driveway. You provide the crew and equipment to move the pallets and unpack your cooker.
A little closer.
Your shipment is placed inside your gate, typically farther into the driveway. You provide the crew and equipment to unpack it and move it to its final location.
Placed for you.
Items are placed in your chosen outdoor location and packaging is removed. Inspect everything before signing the delivery receipt. Availability depends on your area; contact Cardinal for an individual quote.
Be ready to receive.
Patio Direct delivery is typically scheduled within two to three weeks of shipment, with a four-hour weekday appointment window between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The carrier confirms your appointment. Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges.
Patio Direct is not available in all areas or as an online checkout option.
Delivery for your business.
Dock or curbside.
Delivery to your business loading dock, entrance, or curbside. Your team supplies unloading equipment, such as a forklift or pallet jack, and personnel. Packaging removal is not included.
Beyond the entrance.
Includes unloading and placement in an agreed indoor location, such as a storeroom or showroom. Your team handles unpacking, setup, and assembly.
Handled with care.
Includes placement in the agreed location, unpacking, and packaging removal. Assembly and connection services remain your responsibility.
Plan it together.
Contact Cardinal for specialized delivery arrangements. White-glove appointments use a four-hour weekday window between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Have a representative available to sign; re-delivery charges may apply.
Inspect before you sign.
- Check the shipment immediately. Examine the containers, packaging, and products for visible damage.
- Document any damage. Take photographs and describe it in writing on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Check damaged containers. For curbside or in-gate deliveries, have visibly damaged containers opened and inspected before the carrier leaves.
- Contact Cardinal promptly. Report concealed damage within two business days and retain the packaging for inspection.
For Patio Direct and white-glove deliveries, inspect the products before the delivery team departs.
