CARDINAL SUPPORT · UNIT SETUP

Start with the right setup.

Get your Firecooker ready for its first cook. Begin with your model, your delivery arrangements, and the instructions supplied with your unit.

Make room for your Cardinal.

Plan the route from the delivery point to the final cooking area. Confirm your model’s dimensions, access restrictions, and the crew and equipment needed to move and unpack it.

YOUR SPACE

Check the route.

Consider gates, steps, changes in level, and tight turns. Discuss access with Cardinal before delivery rather than waiting until the shipment arrives.

YOUR DELIVERY

Know what is included.

Curbside, in-gate, and full-service delivery provide different levels of handling. Confirm who will unload, unpack, and position the unit.

Inspect. Document. Confirm.

Inspect the containers and cooker for damage before signing the delivery receipt. Photograph concerns, record visible damage on the receipt, and contact Cardinal promptly.

Check the supplied equipment against your order. Included components and optional accessories differ by model and configuration.

Follow your unit’s guide.

Use the setup and Use and Care instructions supplied with your Firecooker for positioning, clearances, assembly, and operation. If instructions are missing or anything is unclear, contact Cardinal before lighting the unit.

Casters and trailers have different requirements.

Identify your model and configuration when requesting help. Ask for the instructions that match your cooker and any accessories fitted to it.

A good first cook starts here.

Tell us your model, serial number if available, and the part of setup you need help with. Photos of the unit and its intended location can help our team answer your question.
